Expert Appliance Repair Throughout Magnolia

Magnolia’s hillside homes and historic Craftsman-era properties often combine original kitchen footprints with modern appliance upgrades. The proximity to Puget Sound brings salt air that affects metal components in ranges and ovens, and the consistent humidity can stress refrigerator condensers. Our technicians know the Magnolia streets — from the Village along 32nd Ave W to Discovery Park and the Smith Cove waterfront — and carry the parts inventory to complete repairs on the first visit.

Since 2013, Puget Sound Appliance Tech has delivered skilled craftsmanship, honest diagnostics, and dependable repairs to Magnolia homeowners and businesses. Our reviews reflect consistent delivery of professional service on every job.

The perfect appliance repair experience. It felt like it was 1950 well paid techs with great attitudes!

Brandon and Jason I had a noisy washing machine that I was concerned about. The techs, Brandon and Jason, were incredibly professional, really nice and very clear on what the issues are. Sadly, the repair would basically cost almost as much a a new machine. BUT!: the good news is that it’s running fine and structurally soun, just noisy. It likely will get louder, but should run another ten years if we take care of it. They gave me feedback on why it’s louder and how to maximize the life of the washer. As it was such a short visit, they gave me a discount on the standard service fee! Can’t judge the work itself as it was just diagnostic but I wouldn’t hesitate to give them a call next time any of my appliances needs attention.

My washing machine was making a weird noise and I scheduled an appointment to have it looked at. Brian and James were my technicians and they a look at it and did a full diagnostic panel, and it has not made that noise since!

Was impressed with the team from Puget Sound Appliance Tech. I was able to schedule an appointment only a few days out, the team showed up on time and diagnosed the issue with our refrigerator quickly. I assumed I would be scheduling another appointment for sometime the following week, but they told me they had the part in stock and they’d be back to fix it in 30 minutes. I couldn’t believe their level of service. I will call them for any and all future appliance repair needs.

Jordan and his associate were very professional, friendly, and arrived a few minutes early. They quickly diagnosed the problem, clearly explained what needed to be fixed, and completed the repair efficiently. My dryer is now working perfectly again, and I really appreciated the honest pricing and quality of the work. The entire process was smooth and hassle-free. I would definitely recommend Puget Sound Appliance service to anyone looking for reliable, professional, and trustworthy appliance repair. Great service from start to finish!

The technicians arrived on time, quickly assessed the problem with the washer and were able to get the repair done quickly. They were done with everything in roughly 20 minutes, which was amazing. Would definitely use them again for any other repairs that need to be done.

I highly recommend Puget Sound Appliance Tech! Very professional, knowledgeable, arrived on time, excellent communication. They quickly diagnosed and repaired my Viking oven without having to wait for parts. Will definitely hire them again for all my appliance repair needs.

Service technicians arrived at the exact time promised, diagnosed the cause for my 22 year old Dacor duel fuel range's inability to come up to and hold its temperature. The problem was the control board failure, they had the factory original part in their van and within an hour my stove was working like new. The two men who worked on the stove (whose names I do not have) were confident, efficient, professional and very personable. I highly recommend this company without reservation for appliance repair work

Have used their services twice now. Great both times! Fixed my dryer in 15 minutes. Also fixed our microwave a few weeks ago. Professional, kind and courteous.

Absolutely wonderful and professional from start to finish. I received a prompt call back to schedule my service appointment, and the technicians arrived on time. They introduced themselves and immediately put on shoe covers. We had them out to look at two separate issues - the oven not heating and the ice maker arm not functioning properly. They quickly and thoroughly assessed both, explained the situation clearly, and provided a very reasonable written quote. The work was completed quickly and efficiently. I should note that we used this same company about 7 or 8 years ago for a different issue, and I'm pretty sure it was the same two technicians who came back today. I think employee retention in this field really says something. Both times we have used Puget Sound Appliance I have had a very strong sense of confidence that this is a company that prides themselves on honest work and a job well done. Highly recommend!

Technicians diagnosed the washing machine main issue and replaced part (pump motor) unfortunately old pump motor caused circuit board issues. I was only charged for service call, they moved washer to garage and cleaned up. Recommended new washer brand and answered all my questions. Excellent technicians and very fair pricing. Highly recommended.

Jordan was fantastic and, if you’ve been thinking about getting a dryer or another appliance fixed, I would highly recommend using them. The service was top-notch (same day fix and it needed parts) and prices were better than I expected.

Excellent work fixing my dryer. It turned out to be pricey because the part was expensive but the communication ahead of the technician visit made it easier to accept. Bottom line is we can do laundry again!

Great reliable company. Was able to book online and they showed up the following morning to inspect my broken washer. Professional, personable and gentlemen gave sound advice on how to keep our appliance tip top, provides a quote and came back the next day with parts to finish the repair. Works like a charm. Solid company, keepin’ them the Rolodex for the future.

Super quick and professional service. Puget Sound Appliance were able to schedule a service appointment the next day and the two technicians were able to repair our Kitchenaid ice maker in record time. They were very knowledgeable and the cost was very reasonable.

So easy! The dryer stopped working, I made an appointment online and the next day the work was finished. They even called before the appointment to make sure the timing still worked. Couldn't be happier!

Truly professional! These technicians were knowledgeable, kind, and willing to help when it became clear our machine could not be repaired due to a motor failure. They offered to provide documentation and even speak to our manufacturer about warranty because our machine is less than 2 years old. I would recommend this company in a heartbeat!

The team of technicians that arrived at my house were friendly and informative. They were able to diagnose my issue quickly and returned with a new part to repair my machine just a few days later. Was honestly surprised, as appliance technicians and shops seems to have less than glowing reputations- but Puget Sound Appliance techs were professional, knowledgeable, kind and fairly priced.

We had incredible service a few months ago for a repair on our dryer and the technicians were fantastic, prompt, and knowledgeable. After they left, I even recommended them to neighbors. After using the dryer the next day, we noticed our dryer still won't heat well and takes multiple cycles to dry clothes (exact problem as before). I have called the company and left four voicemails and cannot get a call back. Is this business still open? If so, we had great service but the repair (which was very costly) has not fixed the problem on our dryer which is still only five years old. Please contact me, we are happy to give you an opportunity to come and repair the dryer (again) but concerned because it appears your business has closed or you're not responding to calls.
